"CoreCivic is currently trying to reopen their Leavenworth prison, once deemed an absolute hell hole by a federal judge, as an ICE detention facility.
"We spoke to a former prison guard Bill Rogers who let us know what to expect if the facility is allowed to open again. We must do everything we can to prevent our neighbors from being subjected to this kind of negligence and cruelty."
