SUSPECT has been charged with DUI three times since 2018 and two separate times for tampering with his interlock device while having an open container. Both a 2019 conviction and a 2024 pending case list those DUIs as his fourth or subsequent offense. That’s as high as the state keeps count for the purpose of enhanced penalties."
