"Today at the capitol, state officials signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which will make it easier for South Koreans to live and work in the state of Kansas.

"This took place at the Kansas State Capitol on Monday morning. Governor Laura Kelly signed the memorandum, which establishes South Korean drivers licenses as valid in the state of Kansas."
