Season's Over: Sloppy Kansas City Chiefs Drop Must Win In Denver

Over the past few years we've been trying to be more optimistic on the blog and that has helped us be more objective toward MANY SIDES of the discourse . . . As "authors" get older, they risk cutting themselves from new ideas by way of dangerous certainty, old habits and fear of rapid changes in a world that continually becomes more complex.

Generally, an upbeat attitude is more productive, engaging and inviting . . . At least that's what the middle-aged busty white ladies tell us . . . And we have every reason to take their chesty advice to heart by the handful.

But I digress . . .

Tonight the Kansas City Chiefs haven't given us much reason to hope as late.

In fact . . .

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS PLAYED LACKADAISICALLY DURING THEIR DEFEAT BY THE DENVER DONKEYS!!!

It wasn't pretty and we'll give a nod to much more skeptical readers . . .

The Kansas City Chiefs seem more interested in luxury steak houses, new stadiums and Taylor Swift rather than winning clutch games.

Accordingly . . . Here's the roundup and better reporting . . .

"In the NFL’s Week 11, the Kansas City Chiefs lost their second straight game to one of the AFC’s top teams, falling to 5-5 with a 22-19 loss to the division-leading Denver Broncos on Empower Field at Mile High. The loss doesn’t mathematically eliminate the Chiefs from winning their 10th straight AFC West title, but the Broncos’ win gives them a 9-2 record that makes them nearly unassailable at the top spot. To make the postseason, Kansas City will now almost certainly need to secure a Wild Card spot — and it’s looking harder and harder for the team to make that happen."
