Prairie Village Voters Reject Local Government Upheaval

Surprising push back against a grassroots effort mostly targeting progressive politicos and zoning changes to provide more affordable housing . .  . 

Here's the aftermath . . . 

Faced with a question of whether to abandon the city’s current mayor-council form of government, voters resoundingly voted no.

With 100% of the vote reported, 65.1% of voters opted for ‘No’, while 3,051 voted in favor of a change.
