Prairie Village Ethics Complaint Tossed Despite Rude Council Mockery

Reading betwixt the lines . . . It seems that life in "Perfect Village" is anything but and elected officials seems to hold a great deal of contempt for residents who speak out.

Here's a highlight from a recent complaint and better reporting . . .  

Much of the hot mic exchange is laced with profanity, including the “F-Bomb” and all of it is clearly mocking THE RESIDENT.
