Airside Innovation Missouri LLC will build a $55 million fixed-base operation facility at the Kansas City Downtown Airport-Wheeler Field . . . The KC Aviation Department said the project will bring a new hangar, office and maintenance space to the Downtown Airport's last available acreage.
