When suburban property owners speak up, politicos typically take their words seriously because they've got a very big steak in the future of their community. 

In KC proper we're very accustomed to politicos riding roughshod over everyone and that's one of the big reasons why people move to the burbs in the first place . . . So this perspective from the vested class deserves to be taken seriously . . . Check-it . . .
