A bit of a historical fact check . . .
Not so long ago this place set some kind of record for most overdue rents, evictions and complaints.
Now, here's a bit of naive hope that the tradition of FAIL won't repeat itself all over again.
Check-it:
The building, located at the corner of Armour and Broadway Boulevard in Midtown, now offers 68 units featuring new kitchens, updated bathrooms and fresh paint throughout the space.
The reopening aligns with Lucas’ plan to expand affordable and accessible housing across Kansas City. The mayor’s goal is to open 10,000 new and restored units citywide.
