Kansas City leaders have turned to a private marketing firm to help stabilize and reshape the city's communications department . . . The City Manager’s Office has contracted Crux, a Kansas City based marketing and communications agency, to provide what it calls an expert, outside perspective and help evaluate the department’s structure and performance.
