Kansas City Activists Chronicle Case Against 'Racist Cartel' In Westport

Given that lawsuits are flying back & forth . . . We notice that otherwise brash local activists tread lightly when talking about A CASE THAT'S MOSTLY GARBAGE and powered by "social justice" and sketchy supposition rather than objective instances of discrimination. 

Still . . .

The are activists so the bias remains implicit in this description of the sitch:  

"The lawsuit describes efforts to “whitewash” Westport and punish any venue that booked a Black DJ who might “attract” a Black crowd. Any DJ who brought Black patrons? Told they weren’t welcome back. A promoter whose events drew Black audiences? Targeted by the CID, and their venue connections shut down through administrative and liquor license pressure. That pattern is echoed in a newly filed case . . ."
