Former Kansas City Newsman Fiercely Declares MAGA Demise

To be fair . . . And to start this post off on a more interesting note . . . 

KK is MAGA supporter and even he acknowledges setbacks . .  . Here's what he said in his latest podcast: 

"The shutdown and more has put President Trump, for the first time, on a little thin ice with some of his base.  It's all about the economy and he seems to know it.  Now it needs to work."

In the latest Substack post from former Kansas City news dude Dan Margolies . . . 

 What we gather . . . 

KANSAS CITY NEWS DUDE MARGOLIES OFFERS SCATHING REBUKE AGAINST MAGA & DECLARES END OF AN ERA!!!  

We're sharing not because the post exceptionally well written or insightful . . . In fact, the missive seems like C-list impersonation of MSNBC drivel . . . However, the screed shows us what passes for commentary inside of so many local progressive bubbles that often goes completely unchallenged. 

And so . . . 

Here's the crux of the argument along with a link . . .  

"The man becomes more and more unhinged by the day. He’s flailing. His approval numbers are tanking. He’s underwater with the public on every issue, including his signature issue of immigration. Even lunatic loyalists like Marjorie Taylor Greene are beginning to peel off.

"What we’re witnessing, in other words, is rats beginning to flee a capsizing ship. With each passing day, the ship is taking on more water. It’s only a matter of time before it sinks.

"Everything I noted above reeks of desperation, incompetence, panic. We can see the flop sweat smearing Mango Mussolini’s orange mascara."
