"Neighbors said the vandalism happened in the overnight hours on Saturday, November 1, at New View Place, which offers subsidized family housing in 14 apartment buildings in the Old Northeast. Vandals broke raw eggs all over the pantry space and destroyed neatly organized rows of food staples, according to neighbors who shared photos of the damage."
