NOBODY CAN AFFORD A HOUSE ANYMORE!!!

 Boomers are sitting on property Millennials can't compete. 

 Interestingly . . .

Even JoCo is attempting to lure KCMO home buyers out of desperation. 

This missive argues against regulation . . . 

But bigger market forces are now playing a bigger part in the local building game . . . And local activists are just a symptom of U.S. destabilization in so many forms. 

Still, we mostly agree with this insight and wanted to share it . . .
