"The Port Authority of Kansas City announced on Friday, Oct. 3, that members are aware of concerns raised about Capital Realty, owner and operator of Parker Square.

"The organization noted that it approved $32 million in bonds for renovations of the apartment complex in 2021. It took title of the property and entered a lease agreement with the landlord."
