Outcry After Abandoned House Blights Prospect & Kansas City Remains Silent

The hobo camping ground that has emerged rightfully irks neighbors and likely presents a public safety problem.

Here's the word . . .  

She said she's complained to the city repeatedly, since 2022, and more frequently in the past year and a half.

"There's been multiple case numbers, multiple emails and nothing's been done," she said.

The city has repeatedly ticketed the home for trash and garbage citations along with two court summons – neither of which the land owner responded to.
