"Jackson County, Missouri Prosecuting Attorney Melesa Johnson says that the man made threats inside the gas station about having explosives in his car. Police were called out for a fight and a possible bomb threat. They shot and killed Williams as he walked toward his car.
"The Prosecuting Attorney's Office says Williams made threats inside the gas station about having those explosives."
