"The intersection of 41st Street and Roanoke Road has been the site of multiple crashes over the years, with residents saying the problem has persisted without any changes from the city . . . The intersection has become so problematic that another neighbor said he keeps a broom and dust pan ready to clean up car parts left behind after each crash."
