As local homeless seek shelter amid colder weather . . . Here's the consequence . . . 


"Two vacant homes burned Tuesday afternoon after a fire spread along Montgall Avenue. Kansas City fire crews were called to the 2500 block of Montgall Avenue around 3:24 p.m. and found heavy flames coming from a two-story vacant house."
