Kansas City Furloughed Workers Earn Free Admission Into WWI Museum

Admittedly, a museum visit is more productive than online gambling or day drinking. 

Even if looking over one of the most horrific conflicts in human history might not be uplifting in this economy.

The National World War I Museum is offering free admission to furloughed federal workers during the government shutdown.

This initiative coincides with the museum’s ‘Living the Great War Weekend,’ where more than a dozen living historians will be present to bring history to life.
