IF LOCKTON SKIPS OUT ON THE COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA, KANSAS CITY CAN OFFICIALLY CALL IT QUITS ON THE HISTORIC ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT!!!

At that point it's over and "THEY" can probably move forward on the plan to turn the place into subsidized housing, pave over the tennis courts and make it into the next Bannister Mall with a new Prospect Sunfresh for refreshments after constant election protests.
In fact . . .
This is nothing more or less a battle for the economic health of Kansas City with a rich enclave looking to inflict another economic disaster on their neighbors.
