
So far we notice that our neighbors aren't enjoying that "American Golden Age" that was promised to voters.
In fact . . . Cost of living continues to rise, jobs grow even more scare and political discord seems to ruin just about every event in the popular culture.
On the bright side . . . Here's a glimpse at help for so many people struggling to pay the grocery bill:
Keystone United Methodist Church in Waldo is launching a food pantry service on the 3rd Thursday of each month. From 3:30 to 6:30 pm, church volunteers will distribute non-perishable food items to those in need.
The food pantry is titled “Key Ingredients,” and its first distribution date is Thursday, October 16.
