We admire the effort and we've seen legal pop-up events over the years attempt this same thing . . . But there are a couple of problems to start . . .

First . . .

Social media creeps organizing sideshows & street takeovers THRIVE on the chaos they create and aren't really interested in protecting bystanders or doing things responsibly. 

Secondly, and even more tragically . . .

Honest efforts at youth outreach often confront the very same kind of problems they're working to avoid. 

Still . . . 

It's an important effort that recognizes the problem and at least offers some kind of solution.
