For those who are navigating traffic early morn . . . Here's more important info that we want to share again:
"The marathon and half-marathon start at Frank A. Theis Park at 7 a.m. The 10K starts at 7:30 a.m. and then the 5K starts at 7:45 a.m.
"The marathon route takes athletes past historic Kansas City landmarks and through popular neighborhoods like Waldo, Westport, 18th and Vine and more.
"The marathon route stretches as far north as Sixth Street before heading all the way down to 75th Street."
