People scrounging pocket change for gas money have bigger problems than amateur urban planning. 

Also . . . 

Cowtown progressives making their pitch in the company of a NYC socialist PROVE that they don't understand local politics.    

And so . . . 

Here's a quick peek at public radio platforming an idea that most voters have tuned out . . .  

"Free buses" is one of the big ideas that helped Zohran Mamdani win the Democratic mayoral primary in New York City. But in Kansas City, the bus system is going the opposite direction after years of free fares — mostly because of a lack of transit funding.

Sadly . . . That's horrible context . . .

KANSAS CITY BUS FREE RIDES WERE REJECTED BY UNION DRIVERS, REGULAR RIDERS AND EVEN SOME HOMELESS ADVOCATES!!!

This is more accurate context . . .

Kansas City freebie bus rides turned into nothing more than citywide bus tours for dozens of homeless people confronting mental health issues that didn't really help address their problems.

Overall free rides degraded bus service and activists should acknowledge this reality before mindlessly pushing more taxes on broke-ass locals.
