Now, here's legal action that's more important AND costly to biz inside the loop . . .
"The Grand" apartment building is suing TWP Holdings LLC and KCDH 112 LLC – claiming their parking lot has been, and continues to be, "unreasonable and a dangerous nuisance."
The Grand says in the lawsuit that the parking lot's owners have not taken adequate steps as landowners to secure, surveil and maintain their parking lot, causing harm to surrounding businesses and residents.
