Jackson County Courthouse Fears Surveillance State

In KCMO . . . Politicos passed through tech spying without much public discussion or even concern for constitutional challenges . . . Strangely, the courthouse had a more thoughtful approach . . . Check-it:

"Jackson County lawmakers moved to continue to fund automatic license plate readers in the county. But some are concerned these devices are a violation of your 4th Amendment rights. We asked a critic, and spoke with a local police chief about how they're using these cameras to stop crime."
