But, potential party place destination MIGHT offer a location where the likelihood of getting shot in the parking lot decreases. Maybe.  

Here's the plan . . . 

"Blue Springs City Council charged staff at its October 6 meeting to draft an ordinance for a proposed entertainment district they could revisit for further discussion at a December city council meeting . . . The idea is to expand and capitalize further on several of its already popular downtown events, such as Fall Fest, Corks and Canvases, and Third Thursdays."
