Wrist Slap 'Felony Charges' After Kansas City T-Mobile Center Attack

Here's a Kansas City reality check . . .

Over the past decade locals have lamented that most charges against youngsters amount to nothing more than counseling sessions, hugs & affirmations in the aftermath of SERIOUS CRIMES that often perpetrate horrific violence against victims.     

Really . . . 

The only useful information we can share in this post is the victim's GoFundMe where he's trying to raise some money for his recovery and medical bills. 

Meanwhile . . . 

Here's the update that will rightfully elicit groans and eye-rolls against anyone who knows how the local criminal justice system works.

"The Juvenile Office of the 16th Judicial Circuit filed one felony assault charge and one misdemeanor assault charge this week in the Sept. 21 incident during the NBA YoungBoy concert at T-Mobile Center.

"Additional information about the juvenile and court information was not available due to the defendant's age.

"Kansas City, Missouri, police initially took the juvenile into custody after the incident. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending further investigation."
