Show-Me Sketchy Republican Abortion Ban Ballot Language

We're are open to debate from both sides on Missouri's redo on abortion rights. 

Actually . . . TKC has been consistently pro-life and this blog understands why so many people oppose the medically questionable practice of surgical abortion when health tech has moved the public toward pill technology that's a lot harder to argue & legislate against. 

However . . .

Even we notice that even conservatives aren't completely supportive of sketchy ballot language.  

At the very least . . . A judge has ordered a rewrite . . . Check-it:  

(A judge ruled) the original ballot title “fails to adequately alert voters that it would eliminate” the constitutional right to reproductive health care that Missourians approved last fall.

Tori Schafer, Director of Policy and Campaigns at the ACLU of Missouri, said the language remains “purposefully misleading and inaccurate.”
