Jeff Kerr of CBS Sports put together an overreaction and reality piece for some of the bigger moments in Week 3, and the Chiefs are at the top with a very concerning issue.

Kerr stated that the reality the Chiefs are living with is that their offense will cost them a playoff spot when everything is said and done.
