Missouri Redistricting Moves Forward

Progress report for a process that has a built-in push back mechanism for voters. 

Here's the word and more reporting . . . 

"The Missouri House passed the redistricting bill shortly after 12:30 p.m. during a special legislative session called by Gov. Mike Kehoe.

"The plan, backed by former President Donald Trump, aims to split Missouri’s 5th Congressional District — currently centered around Kansas City — into three separate districts.

"Supporters say the move could help Republicans secure an additional seat in the U.S. House of Representatives."
