KCATA Honcho Envisions Regional Funding Despite So Many Metro Cities Opting Out

The tech future doesn't favor this institution as many metro cities would rather rely on ride-share services and future solutions than the old schoo bus system.

In fairness, here's a word to the contrary . . .  

Kansas City Area Transportation Authority CEO Frank White III believes that funding for the agency is "more complicated than it ought to be." His vision for the KCATA is to "try to go regional" with its funding structure, in order to better serve the entire metro.
