Here's his excuse after protesters embarrassed him earlier in the year . . . Check-it . . . 

"(Senator) Marshall said he doesn’t want to encourage more violence, so his upcoming public appearances will be limited to specific locations and individuals, for safety’s sake. Many of the senator’s constituents have accused him of not making himself available to the public."
