Kansas Republicans Back Off Guv Kelly Impeachment Despite Tough Talk

We're reaching back for this one if only because we love it when politicos quickly move away from bold statements given that low-interest flyover country fights only seem to work on FB pages that are dominated by the same three dudes . . . Check-it: 

"Attorney General Kris Kobach is suing Gov. Laura Kelly over her refusal to provide data to the USDA. Republican leaders accuse the Democratic governor of violating the law and her oath of office. Despite calling the governor's actions "lawless," House Speaker Dan Hawkins indicated there are no plans to impeach her."
