
It's a nice spot that has been mostly ruined by gentrification and hipsters who must brave a sometimes "tense" walk back to their cars after dark.
Still . . .
We mostly admire an effort to escape some of the more generic local meat market fare in more popular party districts . . . Here's a recent bit of hype:
