A 9-2 win over the A’s on Sunday at Sutter Health Park let the Royals end the season with an 82-80 record behind 4 1/3 scoreless innings from Cole Ragans and a powerful Kansas City offense that included Carter Jensen’s Statcast-projected 482-foot home run -- the longest by a Royals hitter in Statcast history (2015).
