
A ruckus just to the left of KC proper turned out to be nothing at the start of autumn . . .

Officers with the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department responded to the incident just after 6:30 p.m. to help KU Medical police following a bomb threat call.
KU officers tell KCKPD that someone arrived to the entrance of the ER with what was told to police to be an explosive device.
KCKPD set a perimeter and the bomb unit was called to the scene. The device was determined not to be explosive.
Police say at this time there is no danger to the public.
