
As always, this blog is skeptical of EVERYTHING regarding the historically crooked KCMO real estate market.
At first glance . . .
The price tag is EPIC for what is still a great location despite an American brutalist motif that seems out of place amongst so many classic structures and would make more sense in some Eastern European vista overlooking woodlands that served as home to centuries worth of atrocities.
Either way . . .
Here's a more optimistic take . . .
"Rendering of $7 million cantilivered home now under construction at 6315 Ward Parkway. The front door and driveway will be to the north on 63rd Street. The 9,700-square-foot home will also include a pool and pool house."
