Kansas City Chiefs Earn UGLY 22-9 Victory Over Giants

It wasn't pretty but it's better than nothing.

Actually, there's a lot to debate in this victory that might leave diehard fans with even more anxiety.

The former Super Bowl ballers still haven't hit their stride and this win was more about survival than anything else.

Granted, nothing that transpired on Sunday night will do anything to ease the fears over the Chiefs' offense led by Patrick Mahomes, as at times, it was completely disjointed, especially in the first half, which was just a brutal watch.

And yeah, Reid was pleased just to get that first win.

“A good win to get, in particular when you haven’t had one,” Reid said. “That was important, to take a step forward. The second quarter was hard to watch, but the third and fourth quarter, I thought our guys really came together and played well.”
