Guv Kehoe Disputes ACLU Double Voting Lawsuit Against Missouri Redistricting

Local progressives claim that Missouri redistricting allows some voters two picks for Congress.

Rather than just recycle the claims . . . We wanted to focus on the retort . . . Check-it:  

 Gov. Mike Kehoe disagrees.

He said in a letter posted to the Secretary of State’s X account that there is no error. Kehoe said there are two separate and distinct districts named 811 in Kansas City, and it’s “likely” the name “KC 811” was mistakenly assigned to two different voting tabulation districts (VTD) by the U.S. Census Bureau.

Kehoe also said, “any suggestion that someone could vote in two congressional districts is false.”
