Embattled Kansas City IRS Workers Warn Of 'Toxic' Work Environment

On Monday and Tuesday, the IRS held a hiring event for seasonal employees. KCTV5 went to the event to speak to someone about the initiative, but was told they would not be talking with the media.

Union leaders and current employees said the current state inside the Kansas City IRS building is being described as a toxic environment and that morale is at an all-time low. 

Employees are still facing the possibility of job cuts, as a new zero paper initiative has many worried about their job security.
