The city, in collaboration with KCPD, Downtown Council, and Copaken Brooks, is making changes to help all downtown residents, workers and visitors feel safe in the heart of Kansas City.
“There is so much positive momentum in our downtown, and we are committed to taking strong action to ensure that safety and security are a cornerstone of its continued success,” said Copaken Brooks President Jon Copaken.
