Country Club Plaza Skyscraper Debate: Vacancy Distraction?!?

Consider . . . 

Nondescript schemes for big buildings are much easier to devise than paying tenants. 

Meanwhile . . .

The real hustle is to turn the plaza into public/private living space with taxpayers picking up most of the tab for developers who don't take questions on so much of their social media hype.  

Here's the word . . .
