This one deserves attention if only because of one stubborn fact . . .
The KC Jazz District STILL has to come up with a sustainable biz model without taxpayer subsidy. Their predicament is not unique given that the P&L District spends MILLIONS MORE to keep the fun times going.
And so . . .
