Since December, Mitchell has been arrested twice, and one of those times was in Wyandotte County. In mid-December of 2024, Mitchell was charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine, which is a felony. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, which are misdemeanors.
"The judge gave him a bond of $5,000, and then he bonded out," Wyandotte County District Attorney Mark Dupree said Wednesday.
