Kansas Senator's Work Protects Taylor Swift

There's a bad pun in here somewhere but TKC doesn't know enough Tay-tay songs to pull it off. 

And so we shake if off and offer just a bit of the background on this antitrust legislation . . . 

"The Federal Trade Commission announced Aug. 18 that it is suing Maryland-based ticket broker Key Investment Group, its affiliated companies and top executives. They are accused of unlawfully buying up tickets to Swift's Eras Tour and profiting by reselling them at a higher price.

"The FTC's case is based on the Better Online Ticket Sales Act, or BOTS, which was introduced in Congress in 2016 by U.S. Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas."
