It kinda seems like the former archbishop setting up a counter-protest offered more of a spotlight to these free speech advocates . . . Here's the aftermath that we can be forgiven for missing earlier.

Jaee Crazee, vice-president and secretary for the Grotto, says the group is looking for a change.
“We are gathered together with all the occults to talk about the takeover, I guess, essentially of Christianity in the government. We want equality for all religions,“ Crazee said. ”We’re definitely not devil worshippers, that’s for sure; we’re just activists trying to make a difference and trying to empower the community.”
13 news reporters were there at the protest and did not observe any violent behavior or law enforcement interventions.

Saturday, August 2, the Satanic Grotto hosted a witching hour protest at the state capitol calling for religious freedom and equality.
