Kansas City 'Zero Fare' Experiment Officially FAILED Today

Follow-up and one more example of why sketchy ideas about socialism don't work when they're practiced by people with little operational knowledge . . . Even worse, regular riders and drivers were okay with the fares . . . And ALMOST NOBODY has any problem with giving hardship passes to people who need economic help and promise to use the free lift responsibly . . .  This was always just a fringe-progressive, think tank idea that has now been completely myth-busted . . .
