The history & culture of Kansas City has always been one of corruption, organized crime, political intrigue and profiting by way of vice.
This local jaunt is just a fun vacay because it reminds us of the glorious time when po-po would actually lock up moderately powerful (ethnic) white people for their misdeeds.
